Il Maestro : GIOCONDA
Born in the sleepy coastal city of Fremantle, Australia, to an Italian immigrant father and an Australian mother, Gioconda became a global citizen early on, shaped by a life steeped in cultural diversity.
She later earned her Master’s in Luxury Brand Management from Polimoda in Florence, but more than just degrees, she gained fluency in aesthetics, in nuance, in the fast, unspoken language of the fashion and event world.
Backstage at Dolce & Gabbana, Gucci, and other top-tier houses, she learned where speed and precision become the currency of luxury. Her value is that of cultural literacy -a toolkit for building authentic, aesthetic, layered experiences.
La Gioconda Studio
In 2022, she met her partner and now husband, Nicholas Kasparian, a builder and maker with a background in carpentry and fabrication. Their partnership became the starting point for La Gioconda Studio. Gioconda brings vision, narrative, and cultural fluency, while Nick translates those ideas into physical form, grounding each experience in craft, structure, and detail. They run the studio out of Los Angeles, California.
